He is a selfless philanthropist who seeks peace at all cost and a transformational leader with solid entrepreneurial spirit, a track record of building lasting business relationships, consistent commitment to meeting stakeholders' expectations, and timely completion of quality projects.In a career spanning about 20 years, he has significantly impacted the medical diagnostic industry globally and particularly, in Nigeria. He has a track record of integrity in building lasting business relationships and consistently delivering quality projects within requisite time and budget. He is also the Chairman of the Everight Healthcare Foundation, Chairman of Sangtech Technologies Nigeria Ltd and Chairman of Purna Nigeria Ltd.
He founded Everight Diagnostic & Laboratory Services Ltd in 2005. Under his leadership, Everight Diagnostics has amassed a staff strength of over 450 employees across its branches in the South-East, South-West and North Central regions of Nigeria, precisely in Owerri, Imo State, Lagos State and Abuja, FCT. His other projects including the Everight Healthcare Foundation, Sangtech Technologies Nigeria Ltd, Purna Nigeria Ltd however, currently have a staff strength of over 120 employees. Over the years, Everight Diagnostics has also successfully trained over 20,000 medical laboratory scientists and technicians, sonologists, radiographers, medical interns, etc, thereby doubling as a training and research institute for medical personnel. Prior to the creation of Everight, he worked with Sympathy Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Manager.
Following his establishment of Everight Diagnostic & Laboratory Services Ltd in 2005, he led the organisation to develop molecular capabilities in 2019 and still under his leadership, the facility was recognised as the first private laboratory to obtain special approval from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) to offer COVID-19 PCR testings. It was also one of the first laboratories approved by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) for real-time COVID-19 PCR testings. In 2022 and 2025 respectively, the medical diagnostic facility obtained the ISO 15189-2012 and ISO 15189-2022 accreditations for its laboratory in Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. In 2018, Dr Everest founded Sangtech Technologies Nigeria Ltd, an Information Technology (IT) consultancy firm, specialising in software, engineering & development, which services include Laboratory Information Systems, Radiological Management Systems, and Picture Archiving & Communication Systems (PACS).
Dr Everest Okpara holds a PhD, and an MBA in Business Administration specialising in Healthcare Management from Charisma University, USA. He also has a Bachelor in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (Lagos State University, Nigeria), a certificate in Healthcare Management (Lagos Business School), and a certificate in Biostatistics and Epidemiology (Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA). Dr Okpara also holds a certification in Effective Public Speaking from the GOTNI Leadership Centre.

Dr Akindokun Segun Samson, MBBS, MPH, IEGH, LHM, FWACS, FICS, is a seasoned Consultant Radiologist and is the present Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Everight Diagnostic and Laboratory Services LTD. With years of expertise in diagnostic imaging, Dr. Akindokun has distinguished himself as a capacity leader whose dedication and integrity has earned him the positions of leadership in different health facilities in the country over the years thereby contributing significantly in advancing excellence services in health care system.
He is renowned for his skill in interpreting complex radiological images and guiding accurate diagnoses that have improved patient outcomes. Dr. Akindokun’s leadership at Everight Diagnostic and Laboratory Services LTD reflects his commitment to excellence in medical practice and innovation in diagnostic services. Under his guidance, the facility is poised to continue delivering top-tier healthcare solutions with cutting-edge technology and expert care.

Professor Ojiegbe Godwin Chukwuemeka joined the Company as Director of Medical Laboratory Services in July 2019.
He obtained a Master of Science in Medical Microbiology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in 1985. He attended the City of London Polytechnic/Northwick Park Hospital and clinical Research Center, Middlesex, the UK, from 1973-to 1976. He became a fellow of Medical Laboratory Science of Nigeria in 1976; fellow of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science in 1975; a fellow of Biomedical Sciences in 1975; associate member of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science, London in 1973
Professor Ojiegbe has worked in several capacities in medical laboratory practice. He was a medical laboratory science officer at Northwick Park Hospital and Clinical Research Center, UK, from 1973 to 1976. He has been a professor of Medical Laboratory Science since 2007.

Dr Isuajah Chukwuka Emmanuel Dr Isuajah Chukwuka Emmanuel was trained and worked as a Family Physician for many years before further specialising as a laboratory quality expert, Metabolic physician, Clinical Pathologist and Laboratory Physician.
He has worked in many private and public, local and international hospitals and laboratories, including as a consultant Clinical Pathologist at Synlab.
He has a first-class Master's in Clinical Pathology, an Associate Fellow of the Medical College of Physicians Faculty of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the National College of Physicians Faculty of Pathology. He is a Fellow West African College of Physicians Faculty of Laboratory Medicine.
He is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pathology with publications in local and international reputable journals.
He is a consultant Pathologist and the Head of Corporate Affairs at Everight diagnostics LTD.
Deputy Managing Director
Mrs Okpara Roseline Obianuju, the Deputy Managing Director, joined the Company as the Manager of the Customer Care Department in 2012. In 2015, she was appointed the Human Resources Manager, a position she held till May 10, 2019, before she became the Company Secretary. She was elevated to the position of Deputy Managing Director in 2021. She is a strategic analyst with strong general business acumen and administrative proficiency, whose contributions to the growth of the Company are invaluable. She joined the Board of Directors in 2016
Mrs Okpara Roseline earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from Lagos State University in 2016. In 2004, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Honour in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Director
Dr Emeka Ezeazu is a director with Everight diagnostics. He had trained in University of Benin obtaining a Bachelor of medicine, Bachelor of surgery (MBBS) degree. His initial interest was in family practice where he had various training and exposures before his decision to join diagnostic practice. Dr Ezeazu saw the future of medical practice in diagnostic efficiency and as a professional who regularly believes in precision, he took the foremost decision to pitch tent with medical imaging. He obtained various certificates in ultrasound and is a member of many professional imaging bodies such as international society for ultrasound in obstetrics and gynaecology. His professional experience extends over a large area of specialized imaging. In addition to medical education, Dr Emeka Ezeazu is a trained professional marketer with bias in direct marketing. He also holds a degree in Economics. Dr Ezeazu is a medical educator tutoring young doctors and radiographers on ultrasound scan and imaging procedures.

General Manager
Mr Ugwu Jude Anene, Mr Ugwu Anene Jude, the General Manager, was employed by the Company as a Laboratory Assistant in 2005. Following his rich experience in medical laboratory services, ingenuity, and sedulousness, he was appointed the Laboratory Manager in 2011. He was promoted to the position of a General Manager in 2013. He joined the Board of Directors in 2016.
Having studied at the School of Medical Laboratory Science of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Lagos, Nigeria, Mr Ugwu became an Associate Member of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSCN) in 2009, specializing in Clinical Chemistry. In 2003, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Honour in Microbiology/Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Mr Jude obtained certificate in Molecular pathology from Demyhealth clinic and Genomic medicine Abuja Nigeria in 2018, Certificate in Advance Leadership program from Gotni Leadership centre Abuja in 2021, certificates in Corporate Governance and Essential Management Skills from Enterprise Development Center ( pan Atlantic University) Lagos in 2024

Dr Andrew Emeka Emedoh, a Consultant Pathologist, joined the company in 2019. He is a highly organized fellow, efficient in fast-paced clinical settings and always willing to go the extra mile in medical research.
He earned a Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in 2007. Dr Andrew Emeka Emedoh has been a Fellow of the Medical College of Pathology since 2017.

Dr. Estella Ijeoma Okezie, NRN, NRM, MSW, FIMC, FILMMD, DFSW, is the healthcare administrator at Everight Diagnostic & Laboratory Services Ltd. She is a seasoned healthcare management professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening health systems and enhancing managed healthcare services. Her diverse expertise encompasses various areas, including healthcare management, customer service, quality assurance, E-health, health maintenance, occupational health, wellbeing management, and social work.
She started her career in Nigeria as a registered (RN) Nurse and Registered Midwife (RM), She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Social work-Health (PGSW) and (MSW) Masters Degree in Social welfare- (LAUTECH). She is a Fellow institute of management Consultant (FIMC) and Fellow Institute of Leadership, Manpower, Management and Development-(FILMMD). Dr Fidelia Unegbu has years of experience in clinical practice and sonology . She graduated with an MBBS degree from Ebonyi State University in 2018 and was subsequently inducted into the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) the same year. She holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from Cardiocare MULTISPECIALTY HOSPITAL. Dr Sandra Ibu is a seasoned medical professional with over 11 years of clinical experience and specialized expertise in sonology spanning more than 5 years. She holds an MBBS from Igbinedion University Okada,Nigeria(2013)and is registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). A committed member of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Dr. Ibu is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and advancing diagnostic standards.

Mr Aloysius Aleke, holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (Chemical Pathology) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He obtained a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, 2010. He is a versatile laboratory manager par excellence and a research-oriented scientist trained as a medical laboratory and molecular scientist, certified medical laboratory quality management professional and certified public health logistics and supply chain professional. His research interests include cancer biology and genomics, human genetics, infectious diseases and immunity, behavioural medicine and stress physiology. Mr Onyeka Ewuzie has been in insurance industry since 2002, cutting his teeth in general Insurance, life and Health Insurance. He moved to Marina Medical HMO in 2011 as Assistant Marketing Manager.
His performance led to his transfer from the company Head Office in Lagos to Rivers State as the Zonal Manager Port Harcourt office where he pioneered the birth of their Port Harcourt Region comprising all the South-South and South East States.
Among the things he achieved was his immense contribution to the progress made in Obio scheme anchored by Shell Petroleum Development Corporation (SPDC) he also represented his company then when he played a prominent role in designing the MOU of Rumukurushi scheme in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and Nembe scheme in Bayelsa state.
He played an active role through his contribution in the implementation of the scheme across the Niger delta state. He ventured into hospital management starting as the Business Development Manager of one of the biggest hospitals in the southern part of Nigeria (SAVE A LIFE MISSION HOSPITAL). He became the General Manager through his sterling performance.
In save a life, he established an efficient and effective health insurance department with very commendable returns on investment. He effectively managed the corporate relations of the hospital in addition to establishing well-tailored administrative norms that enhanced the general performance of hospital.
He moved to Oceanic Health Management Ltd in 2018 as the Regional Manager where he greatly improved the service delivery of the company in the region through a meticulous gathering of feedback and diligent application outlined solution. Mr. Ewzuzie Onyeka Cornel hold Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, he attended a course on ‘’Assertive Communication Skills for Managers and Team Leaders at SMC PAN African university among other certification courses. Barr. Vivian is a dynamic legal professional and strategic administrative leader who currently serves as the Company Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. With a strong foundation in law and a passion for organisational excellence, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role, ensuring that both the CEO and the organisation operate within the highest standards of legal and corporate governance.
Barr. Etuk obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, in 2018 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 after completing her Barrister at Law (BL) degree at the Nigerian Law School, Kano. She is currently deepening her legal acumen by pursuing a Masters Degree in Law at Baze University, Abuja.
She is a certified Chartered Mediator from the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), an endorsement of her conflict resolution and negotiation skill; capabilities that are crucial in today’s corporate environment. Her commitment to professional growth and leadership excellence is also reflected in her recent certification from the Speaking with Power and Influence Programme at the GOTNI Leadership Centre, where she was certified as an effective public speaker.
In her dual capacity, Barr. Etuk not only provides legal counsel and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements but also delivers high-level executive support to the CEO, facilitating effective decision-making and strategic implementation across all levels of the organisation.

Medical Microbiology Supervisor
Ibrahim Kuyedh Joshua — Medical Microbiology Supervisor | Medical Laboratory Scientist (Microbiology Specialist) and Coordinator of Inventory and Logistics.
Mr. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree from Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State, Nigeria, which he completed in 2017. He became an Associate Member of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSCN) in 2019, specializing in Medical Microbiology.
Since the start of his career, Ibrahim has shown high level of dedication to continuous learning and quality improvement. He has a certifications in Public health logistics and supply chain management (2022), Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation, Laboratory Internal Auditing, Good Clinical Practice (2023), Effective Leadership (2024) e.t.c. These credentials have empowered him to design, implement, and contribute largely to ensuring that diagnostic services meet the highest international standards and requirements.
As a supervisor, he manages the daily workflow in the medical microbiology department, supervising all processes, participating in antimicrobial resistance monitoring, and coordinating staff training and competency assessments, acting also as a mentor to his colleagues, and ensuring compliance with international laboratory standard. He also works collaboratively with clinicians, and other health practitioners to support diagnosis, outbreak investigations, and infection prevention strategies.
As the coordinator of logistics and inventory also he is highly organized and detail-oriented, he manages the inventory level, and also ensuring the smooth movement of reagents, consumables and all medical supplies. He works closely with laboratory manager, procurement officer, and finance teams to track usage trends, forecast demand, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Ibrahim is passionate about maintaining high laboratory standards and continuously improving diagnostic accuracy through method validation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to good laboratory practices. His leadership is grounded in mentorship, teamwork, and a dedication to continuous professional development, also he loves swimming, reading and playing football when he is not working.
He is commitment to delivering accurate and timely microbiological test results that guide effective patient care and public health decision-making, by doing this he is transforming healthcare through excellence in laboratory quality management thereby achieving his professional goals.
Medical Laboratory Science
Dr Chidozie attended the University of Calabar, graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science degree (2012), and became a member of AMLSCN in 2013. In 2016, he obtained his Master’s degree in Chemical Pathology at the University of Calabar. He then attended the University of Nigeria, where he received his doctorate in Medical Laboratory Science (Chemical Pathology) in 2021.
He also has certification in Project Management in Global Health from the University of Washington and a certificate in implementation research focusing on diseases of poverty from Tropical Disease Research / W.H.O. Dr Chidozie is a member of the African Society of Laboratory Medicine (ASLM).
Magnetic MRI
Ogbodo Solomon Chinedu is a graduate of Radiography from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in 2011. He holds a post-graduate diploma in Magnetic MRI from the Radiographers Board of Nigeria.
With a decade of clinical and administrative experience, he believes in going the extra mile to ensure the production of globally reproducible results, even from a local environment.
Admin/Human Resource Manager
Mr Nwodu. I. Kenneth, the Admin/Human Resource Manager, has been with the Company since August, 2016. He has high moral energy, mental ability and strong communication skills. He is a self motivated, resourceful, conscientious person with high degree of administrative, finance and human resource management competences.
He earned a master degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom in 2013. In 2006, he graduated with Bachelor of Science (Economics) from Imo State University, Owerri. At present, he is professional student of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) at Skill level.
Mr Kenneth is known for multitasking, tact, taking initiative and administrative expertise.
Chartered Accountant
Mr James Shedrack has been with the Company as a chartered accountant since 2019. He has a depth understanding of the accounting life cycle and standards with outstanding skills in problem-solving. He became a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA) in MAY 2022, an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor in November 2021, also an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an Associate Member (AAT) of Accounting Technicians Scheme West Africa (ATSWA) in 2018 and 2016 respectively.
In 2017, he graduated with a Second Class Upper Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from Kogi State University.
